Screen Replacement
If you have a cracked screen, we replace the whole LCD unit and not just the top glass as they are built together.
Battery Replacement
All our batteries are original Samsung and not copies. This gives us the satisfaction that we are putting like for like replacements and will not harm the phone life span unlike some copies.
Home Button Replacement
Please note, changing the home button on Touch ID devices will lose the feature and wont be redeemable.
Water Damage
If you have unfortuantely dropped your phone in Liquid, Please DO NOT ATTEMPT TO POWER THE DEVICE - SWITCH STRAIGHT OFF AND BRING IT IN. By turning off the device straight away usually protects the components inside. We then strip the device down and put in our liquid remover machine and leave for 24 hours before rebuilding and testing. (A bowl of rice does not work)
