WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
We are based in Flitwick, Bedfordshire. Due to previous break-ins, we have vacated our office at Sammy Slick Cuts Barbers and now operate on an appointment only basis and do not stock any parts. If you require a repair, please call one of us and we will be happy to assist and arrange a booking.
WHAT’S YOUR REFUND POLICY?
All repairs will be covered under our 12 month warranty. Due to it being a repaired item, we do not issue refunds, we will simply look to fix your device under our warranty if faulty. Please see below for warranty clauses.
DO YOU DELIVER?
We are based in Flitwick, Bedfordshire so can look to help customers out if they struggle to make appointment times. Most repairs are done at our arranged appointment location but we are very flexible.
HOW DO I PAY?
We accept all major cards through our card machine and also accept cash on collection. A receipt with your warranty will be provided with every transaction. Some items can be quite expensive to buy in so we may require a deposit to secure the item, this will be arranged at the time of booking.
WHAT SORT OF WARRANTY DO I GET?
All Repairs carried out by ourselves are covered for 12 months warranty. This warranty will cover the part replaced only.
If we repair a device under warranty, the device warranty will not extend except for the part replaced.
£10 OFF FOR 2 OR MORE FAULTS!
We offer £10 off your total order for having 2 or more faults to the same device. We also offer £10 off if you have a water damage phone which requires further work.
WHAT IF I HAVE A FAULT UNKNOWN TO ME?
PT-Tech Limited only carry out pre-authorised work by the customer and document everything they do which will be issued to the customer on receipt. If a unknown fault is found after the repair begins, all work is then stopped, photos are taken (if applicable) and then sent to the customer for advise. No work is then carried until the customer has confirmed or declined. This means the customer will not receive a hidden bill or problem they were not aware of and keeping our customer satisfaction high.
