Screen Replacement
Apple iPhone XS Max devices are still in Apple warranty. We strongly recommend you take the device back to Apple as you will keep your Apple warranty. Having a third party repair will void your warranty.
Battery Replacement
If you are having battery problems, your iPhone XS Max will be covered under Apple Warranty. Please take it back to Apple store for replacement.
Water Damage
If you have unfortuantely dropped your iPhone in Liquid, Please DO NOT ATTEMPT TO POWER THE DEVICE - SWITCH STRAIGHT OFF AND BRING IT IN. By turning off the device straight away usually protects the components inside. We then strip the device down and put in our liquid remover machine and leave for 24 hours before rebuilding and testing. (A bowl of rice does not work)
